[custom-features]
Pure Aqua engineered a containerized 7,200 GPD BWRO system (Model: TW-7.5K-540) complete with advanced pretreatment, post-treatment, and automated Siemens S7-1200 PLC controls. The treatment process begins with pre-chlorination, multimedia, greensand, and activated carbon filtration, followed by antiscalant dosing to protect membranes.
The RO unit produces high-quality, low-TDS water using a robust Grundfos pump and spiral wound membranes, while post-treatment chemical dosing ensures stable and disinfected product water.
Housed in a 20’ HC insulated container with A/C, heating, lighting, and full plumbing/wiring, the system offers a turnkey, seaworthy solution built for the gas production industry’s high standards.
