Water Challenges: Since labor camps do not possess permanent supplies of freshwater in their proximity, they must rely on the usage of temporary containerized water treatment systems for freshwater production. The process starts with extracting untreated water from nearby sources, and sending the water to a treatment system such as reverse osmosis for purification. The purification process removes all unwanted contaminants from the water in order to produce fresh and potable water which is safe for drinking and other uses.
