DEWATER

The separation of water from sludge, to produce a solid cake. Dewatering is categorized as the process that eliminates water from soil through wetness. Wetness is attained through a building process that ascertains the underlying soil in a manufacturing site and the size of particles and flow rate of water through those particles. The most common methods of dewatering is through evaporation or pumping, and normally done before excavation for footings and helps in lowering the water table that might present issues in the chances of excavations.
