The size .040 inch size of the piston sensor, along with an elastomer diaphragm provides 100% accuracy on immediate exposure to all types of operating conditions. Various organic compounds are capable of using the diaphragms, such as nitrile, neoprene, propylene, ethylene, fluo silicon, or fluorocarbon. The selection of which type of compound to utilize relies mainly upon the kind of fluid being used. Precision is also maximized through many tests done for every switch before shipment.
