RO Water Filtration System 7000 GPD - USA

Product Description

RO water filtration systems are powerful systems that are capable of taking out large amounts of salt, minerals, and other contaminants from water sources such as wells, rivers, and lakes. To master this mission, the systems take use of a popular technology known as "reverse osmosis". Reverse osmosis is ordered with the reversal of a natural process known as "osmosis". Osmosis is ordered by nature to transport salt through a semi-permeable membrane from an area of low solute concentration to an area of higher solute concentration in order to gain an even amount of solute concentration on both sides of the membrane. Reverse osmosis combats osmosis via a pressure pump which exerts high pressure to the highly concentrated side of the semi-permeable membrane, moving only water molecules through the small pores of the membrane while salts, organics, and other contaminants are denied passage. Potable water finally emerges and is gathered on the permeate side of the membrane, while salts and the other contaminants are thrown into a brine stream then into a drain.

[custom-specifications]

Brackish water is water that is taken from estuaries and river openings. It salt concentration falls in between fresh water and seawater. Not as pure as fresh water, yet not as salty as seawater. Its mild salty concentration is discouraged for human consumption. To generate purified water from brackish water, a water filtration system relies on a method called "reverse osmosis" for assistance.

[custom-features]

An RO water filtration system was designed for a major company in TX, USA. The system came complete with pretreatments of an activated carbon filter and a twin alternating water softener. The TW-7.5K-540 system was designed to produce 7,500 GPD at a feed water TDS of a maximum 500 ppm, it was chosen from our RO-200 series and was controlled by a microprocessor control panel.Since its initial startup, the system has been running smoothly with minimal mode troubleshooting.
