Tap Water RO system for Electronics Application 9,000 GPD | NY - USA

Product Description

Our pre-engineered RO systems are designed and built with great quality parts designed specifically for water treatment and the production of clean drinking water. This project was designed to produce 40,000 GPD. Reverse osmosis systems work to reduce the presence of dissolved solids in water that produce scaling. Eliminating these contaminants improves the manufacturing process efficiency and maximizes its ability to work at full capacity. The system included an RO followed by DI Cartridge system.

Features:

  • Skid Mounted System including RO and Carbon filter
  • Filmtec LC LE-4040 Membranes
  • Activated carbon Filter using Fleck5812 Control Valve
  • Antiscalant Chemical dosing system
  • 5 Micron Pre Filter
  • 316L SS Pressure Gauges
  • Low-Pressure Switch

Water Challenges: While the water itself does not present severe danger to electronics, the tiny particles (such as ions) within it do. These particles cause electronics to break by forcing the electricity to function in a way its not supposed to and short circuit. For this reason, it is ideal to use purified water in electronic applications.

Applied Solution:

Reverse Osmosis ( RO) is a water purification method that employs pressure to push water molecules through a semipermeable membrane to extract pollutants from water. In this method, the toxins are washed out and tossed aside, keeping potable water healthy and tasty.

Pure Aqua manufactures reverse osmosis systems that are supplied to lower the concentration of TDS, NO3, HCO3, silica from water and meet the WHO & EPA requirements. Generally speaking, reverse osmosis systems from Pure Aqua, Inc. deliver fantastic performance for electric applications at low life-cycle costs, preserving more energy and improving efficiency.
