Brackish Reverse Osmosis Unit 4,500 GPD - Canada

Product Description

A quality reverse osmosis machine is designed to deliver high quality service by removing massive amounts of salt and other impurities from wells, lakes, rivers, and the ocean through a process called "reverse osmosis".

Brackish water is water that is taken from estuaries and river openings. It salt concentration falls in between fresh water and seawater. Not as pure as fresh water, yet not as salty as seawater. Its mild salty concentration is discouraged for human consumption. To generate purified water from brackish water, a water filtration system relies on a method called "reverse osmosis" for assistance.

Pure Aqua, Inc. designed a commercial reverse osmosis unit for brackish water treatment for a major company in Canada to use in treating well water. The RO unit was chosen from our RO-200 series to produce approximately 4,500 GPD from a feed of up to 5,000 ppm TDS. The unit has the capability to soften water with Nano filtration membranes supplied with the unit. Most all NF membranes are of a spiral wound configuration.
