Pure Aqua has over 20 years of experience as a global provider of first-rate brackish water treatment solutions in a variety of industrial/commercial applications and industries. Our water purification company delivers brackish water reverse osmosis systems that are designed to be cost-effective and highly efficient during operations. These systems are ensured to be compliant with all customer requirements and specifications.
Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis Systems BWRO - Industrial & Commercial
Pure Aqua, Inc. builds the complete Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis systems, as well as stock all major components for your maintenance needs. Controls, replacement cartridge filters, high pressure pumps and reverse osmosis membranes. Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology, also known as hyper filtration, is used in every one of our stock and custom-made reverse osmosis water treatment systems to purify water by removing salts, contaminants and other impurities. Our full line of Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis Systems are available with a wide range of capacities (up to one million gallon per day) and TDS (up to five thousand parts per million total dissolved solids). In this way our systems set the standards in the water treatment industry. Our friendly knowledgeable engineers and staff are always on hand to help and answer any questions or concerns you may have. We design each of our systems to be plug-and play, with all membranes, pumps, controls, manuals, filters, operating, and piping installed and ready to go.
Brackish Water RO units are used all over the world in many regions where clean potable water is scarce. It is ideal for food and beverage industries, potable drinking water, hospitals, agriculture, hotels & resorts, water bottling & ice making, pharmaceuticals and more. No matter your water application needs, Pure Aqua, Inc. can provide industry standard or custom designed brackish water RO machines.
RO Systems from Pure Aqua, Inc. deliver high performance at low life-cycle costs, saving on energy and increasing proficiency. Our pre-engineered systems are manufactured and built with high quality components designed specifically for water purification. Our systems arrive at your facility ready to run with all filters, membranes, pumps, piping, controls and operating manuals.
Reverse osmosis produces freshwater needed for many industrial water treatment applications such as power and energy plants, refineries, boiler feed treatment, etc. Industrial ro is vital for the consistent productivity in these industries due to the likelihood of corrosive-related issues occurring within the facilities, specifically the equipment and machinery. As a result, industrial ro systems are generally used as pretreatment before other advanced methods that are comprised in the industrial water treatment process.
All of our RO packages are manufactured in the USA.

What is brackish water reverse osmosis?
Brackish water consists of more total dissolved solids than tap water, but has lower salinity than seawater, and usually arises from underground water sources. Impurities in the water makes it difficult to use in many applications. For instance, brackish well water (if not purified) has the potential to greatly damage agriculture, houses, and other applications. Brackish reverse osmosis systems are designed to function over 200 psi and require more energy through greater pressure pumps. The TDS level of brackish water typically falls between 1,000 ppm to 10,000 ppm. The system is designed to handle higher pressure than tap water RO.
What is the difference between fresh tap, brackish, highly brackish and seawater?
The salinity (salt) concentration in water is the amount of dissolved solids in water by weight, as expressed in mg per liter or "parts per million" (PPM). The salinity concentration level can be categorized as follows:
Tap Water | Low TDS up to 1,000 ppm |
Brackish Water | Contains around 1,000 to 5,000 ppm. |
Highly Brackish Water | Contains around 5,000 to 12,000 ppm. |
Ocean or Seawater | Contains around 12,000 to 45,000 ppm. |
