One of Pure Aqua’s projects was for a Reverse Osmosis System for a high temperature water application. We designed and manufactured the system to handle higher water temperatures than what a standard RO can handle. All the components of the RO were capable of handling temperatures up to 48° Celsius. The system was installed in a 40 foot HC insulated and air-conditioned container that was seaworthy for ocean freight. We used a hybrid membrane design using SWC6-LD with CPA5-LD Hydranautics membranes to achieve higher rejection.
