Water Challenges: The initiative of this project was to reduce the hardness level for a juice company in need of high purified water. Food and beverage companies require water that is softened and without harmful minerals which lead to the degradation of materials within restaurants. For this reason, these industries are in need of water treatment systems such as water softeners that are efficient in reducing hardness for the purpose of providing greater quantities of clean drinking water, avoid damaging equipment, and other materials. High degree of hardness in water leads to risks in regards to human health and bring unwanted effects on the performance of physical properties within restaurants such as fixtures, water pipes, and heaters through scale buildup.
Applied Solution: Pure Aqua manufactures and supplies top-rated water softener systems throughout the world. For this project, a water softener completed production for a citrus juice factory to produce 400 GPM in United States. Decreasing the hardness levels in municipal water to less than 1 grain per gallon (GPG) was attained by using our SF-100 Series water softener. Water softeners are also unique by not requiring the use of chemicals to perform operation. Other parameters like iron and manganese are removed by water softening system as well.

Skid mounted commercial reverse osmosis purifier are tasked with purifying water from water sources such as lakes, rivers and wells.
These RO machines utilize a high pressure pump that pressurizes brackish or saline water against the surface of a semi-permeable membrane containing small pores.
Water molecules are only permitted to flow through the small pores while blocking impurities such as salt, particles, minerals, and other organics from passing through.
These small pores have a strong capability of rejecting bacteria and disease-causing pathogens. At the end of this process, clean, purified water emerges on the lower-pressured side while salts, minerals, and other organics are sent into the brine stream then into a drain.
