This project included the manufacturing of a custom engineered Seawater Reverse Osmosis Systems for Marine use in Ghana. The system has a capacity of 90 m3/day and was produced to provide drinking water from a seawater source for a major shipping company worldwide.

Our seawater reverse osmosis system is capable of preventing negative environmental issues, such as damaging effects of nearby habitats and long-term impacts on coastal aquifer water quality, due to cautious implementation.

Applied Solution:

A customized seawater reverse osmosis system was supplied to a major company in Ghana. Our RO systems are designed to remove a high amount of salts and other minerals from saltwater. Our filtering system uses a high-pressure pump to force salty water through semi-porous membranes, preventing salts and other organic matter from passing through.
