Water Challenges: Developing countries such as Kuwait provide insufficient water and disinfection facilities for healthcare companies. This lack of service leads to less available water and sanitation resources for hospitals and medical facilities. The result is greater occurrences of disease-related problems amongst the population, and less means of alleviating the health risks to the most vulnerable, including the ederly, sickly, and infants. For this reason, water treatment is required to make water supplies more attainable and provide hospitals with more of it to operate in addressing and curing health concerns amongst the population.



Applied Solution: Two Deionization Systems that use Mixed Bed Resin to remove ions from water. The systems will be going to Kuwait to treat permeate from Reverse Osmosis (RO). Reverse Osmosis permeate with a TDS of 5-10 PPM would be reduced to less than 1 PPM with these MBDI Systems. One system is designed to treat 18 GPM, and the other is designed to treat 50 GPM.
