Our membrane cleaning systems are utilized by RO users to avert the occurrence of fouling caused by harmful substances in the product water, such as biological and organic matter, metals, calcium precipitates, etc. Scaling and biofilm buildup are two of the most common forms of fouling and effectively diminish the performance of water treatment membranes. Our clean-in-place systems consists of a cleaning skid, pump, 5 micron filter, control panel, level switch and a cleaning tank that achieve the desirable cleaning results by preventing fouling, decreasing cleaning frequency, and the amount of chemicals needed.
